Workshops

Our goal is to provide you with thorough training, which will teach you… in the end of which you will know how to combine between different aspects of fitness, and to build your own workout routines.

Our method is divided into three difficulty levels: AG-L 1, AG-L 2, and AG-L 3. In level 1 you will receive the information you will need in order to develop the foundations of physical fitness. You will learn all the different aspects of exercising and build the foundations for a professional and safe workout.
