Our Method

Whether you’re making your first steps, or you are already an experienced athlete, at ATHLETIGO, we created the ultimate system, to introduce you to the world of fitness, to strengthen your mastery of the basics and to take your set of sportive abilities a step forward. Now is the time to make an informed decision to join the most professional fitness community, and do it right.

ATHLETIGO’s method teaches physical fitness in a thorough and gradual way. The program will help you make you way in the world of fitness easier and allow you to move efficiently and safely towards your goals.

  • Preparation to fitness exams (Bagrut / Bar’or test for security forces / the Ninja Challenge)

ATHLETIGO will teach you to maintain physical fitness whenever and wherever is comfortable for you, whether it’s in the park, at work or at the beach. You will learn step-by-step to control the various aspects of fitness:

Body weight, coordination, agility, speed, strength and flexibility.

After that, the sky is the limit – it’s only up to you.

Warmup –jumping rope

A series of jumping exercises. Allow a quick warmup, and includes a large number of fitness elements, such as: balance, coordination, speed and agility. The same applies to all the upcoming parts of the workout.

Body of the Workout

Every person has different goals and sport ambitions. In this part of the workout, you will learn to match the type of activity according to your sportive aspirations. This part focuses on strength.

Stretches

Stretching exercises for all the muscles of the body, with emphasis on the working muscles, according to the third part of the workout.

Flexibility and Relaxation Exercises

Picked according to the nature of the activity we performed in the third part of the training model. In addition flexibility exercises after the activity will encourage faster recuperation of the muscle system and shorten the appearance of muscle sourness, until they return to their natural long state.

ATHLETIGO is a method for developing the skills of physical fitness.

The system is made up of three stages, with different difficulty levels. Its goal – to enable any person to exercise professionally, whenever and wherever they want, so they can keep their body healthy and active for the long run.

The distinctive exercises in each level are the pillars of fitness. We will teach you the firm foundations, and afterwards you will be able to develop a training routine in accordance with your needs. We will help you to improve your physical fitness – safely, gradually, thoroughly, and most importantly – sustainably.

Our training model is divided into 4 parts: warmup, stretches, workout itself, flexibility exercises

The elements will provide the basis for a professional and safe workout. Each part of the training model is based on skills, and uses bodyweight along with a smart accessory (jump rope, resistance bands and power rings).

Our method is divided into three difficulty levels: AG-L 1, AG-L 2, and AG-L 3. In level 1 you will receive the information you will need in order to develop the foundations of physical fitness. You will learn all the different aspects of exercising and build the foundations for a professional and safe workout.

AG-L1: foundations of physical fitness – basic level

AG-L2: professional fitness – advanced level

AG-L3: Olympic fitness – expert level

You will receive a variety of tools and physical skills. The advantage of ATHLETIGO’s method is that even after the first level you will be able to enter a workout routine, which will serve you for the long term.

A professional and certified team will introduce you into an ordered track. You will learn the intricacies of the world of sport, in a simple and clear way, and you will be exposed to the wondrous abilities of the human body.
